I was looking for a year round program for my son to stay active instead of playing video games at home. Then I decided to look into martial arts because it will help him develop self-esteem, self-discipline and awareness of difficult situations, and I found IMA. Frank, the coach of the kids jiu-jitsu program is amazing. He spends a lot of time coaching kids who have issues like laziness, no focus, not listening well, etc etc etc….. He also spends time to discipline and teach them life lessons thru martial arts. Since my son started the program, he has improved his overall behavior like picking up after himself and doing much better at school (I haven’t gotten a call from the school this year so far : > ). I would highly recommend Intergrated Martial Arts of westborough to everyone.

My 13 year old son started at IMA a few years back. He took a bit of a break to start high school sports, but he's back now along with myself and my older son.
As a coach in almost every sport, i often wondered (worried) what we'd do together after youth sports. IMA gives us the opportunity to have something to look forward to together for years to come!
From the high belt instructors down to the brand new white belts, everyone at IMA are great to work with. This is a very well run gym to say the least!

I joined IMA for the summer after my second year in college. I had a few months of training experience prior to to this. I had the typical nervous feelings that come with joining a new gym, but those feelings quickly went away. The staff was extremely friendly right away and the other members made me feel very welcome. Whether you are someone with zero experience just looking for a new hobby, or have a desire to compete in BJJ, Muay Thai, or MMA, IMA is a great place to train.

IMA is the perfect gym to begin or train mixed martial arts and a fantastic place to get a good workout in. The instruction is catered to your needs as an athlete and the coaches are there to see you grow.
After recovering from an injury at the end of my high school athletics career, I tried going to IMA at the recommendation of my physical therapist. I was a bit nervous because I had never done combat sports before and I felt like fighting was an individual sport. Not only did I find the workouts to be as challenging as I hoped, I loved interacting with the team and getting to know everyone on the mats. The community supports each other unconditionally
With the passion and skills for combat sports I developed at IMA, I was able to join my university's club boxing team and have competed numerous times with them. I still use the skills I learned at IMA every time I step into the ring
